    Ready? Here’s a list:

    - What’s the best way to take pictures or a beautiful plate of food in a restaurant without disturbing other guests, looking weird, or ending up with awful lighting? Are there etiquette rules?
    - How do you discover new restaurants, or restaurants that use locally-sourced ingredients?
    - Why are YOU passionate about what you write about? What do you hope to accomplish?

    - For those of your who post mostly recipes (anyone?):
    – Do I always need a photo? The appeal of some of the best food blogs is the beautiful photography, but often I want to share a recipe because it was delicious- and I don’t always have my camera in the kitchen. Should I always have my camera in the kitchen?
    – Should I cook FOR the blog, or post when I do have a success with a new and interesting recipe? Right now I’m doing the latter, but, because I only come up with so many new recipes, posting is more infrequent than I’d like. At the same time, I’m not concocting things just to blog about them, because that feels kind of contrived.
    – How much commentary is best on a recipe post? Is excess commentary annoying when someone is searching for “how to make a pizza crust,” or are the extra stories what give the blog personality?
    – How important is a “theme” for a food blog (ie Vegetarian, Local/Seasonal, Cheap, Gourmet, Healthy, etc) or does “Anything Goes” work, too?

I’ll probably come up with more questions, but that’s a start. It seems like our panelists are coming from a different “foodie” angle than I am, but I still look forward to hearing from them!

Joanna brings up some interesting questions. I’m looking forward to hearing different perspectives on those.

I’d like to see a good discussion on food allergies – awareness, costs, challenges, etc. It might also be interesting to discuss health benefits of restricted diets not specifically medically necessary.
