These are questions of tactics, of second-to-second decisions about the way to get things done. Good process enables fast, efficient organizations to deliver results and leave the competition flabbergasted. While Robby admits that part of great process requires superb information technology, he believes is ultimately the combination of authority and responsibility which enables stakeholders to be productive and satisfied.
